Jennifer Conklin is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Corporate practice group. Ms. Conklin’s practice is focused in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate. She has experience in estate planning for individuals and families, including trust formation, transfer tax planning, incapacity planning, and trust and probate administrations.
Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Conklin was a staff attorney at Elder Law & Advocacy, a nonprofit located in San Diego, providing free legal services to seniors and community education events in both San Diego and Imperial Counties, where she worked on a grant for homelessness prevention and assisted with filing elder abuse restraining orders and conservatorship petitions. Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Conklin also worked at Sullivan, McGibbons, Crickard & Associates, LLP, where she practiced estate planning.
