Jennifer Conklin is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Tax, Benefits, and Estate Planning practice group. Ms. Conklin focuses her practice on estate planning, transfer tax planning, property tax planning and trust and estate administration. She assists individuals and families with the development and implementation of comprehensive estate plans, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, lifetime gifting strategies, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, incapacity planning, and wealth transfer techniques designed to achieve tax-efficient succession objectives.
