Joe Moxon is an Attorney in the Firm’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Mr. Moxon is an experienced and successful litigator, committed to and skilled at negotiating the best outcomes for his clients while posing a credible threat in the courtroom. He has tried 10 jury trials and 15 bench trials to verdict.

Mr. Moxon primarily litigates complex business disputes involving breaches of contract, employment, construction, real estate, trade secrets, and business torts like fraud, conversion, and defamation.

Mr. Moxon also has a robust practice prosecuting corporate claims including merger and acquisition interference, hostile takeovers, fiduciary breaches, and derivative suits.
