Kate M. Madrian is an Associate in the Firm’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Her work includes disputes dealing with real property, fiduciary duties, and commercial contracts. Kate is also passionate about tax controversy and volunteered at a low-income taxpayer clinic during law school.
