Kathleen Martini is an Attorney in the Firm’s Nashville office and a member of the Intellectual Property practice group. Ms. Martini focuses her practice on music and entertainment industry issues and transactions and brings with her a wealth of corporate and finance experience in addition to industry knowledge to the table. Known for her attentiveness and personal take to client needs, Ms. Martini knows and understands client needs in their businesses and tailors her advice accordingly.
Prior to joining the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, Ms. Martini’s practice spanned all ranges of corporate law, including securities regulation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, commercial contracts, debt finance, and outside general counsel work. She also previously served as in-house corporate counsel at a public company, where she was responsible for both supplier and customer contracting matters, including supplier contracts worth $600 million, and matters associated with post-merger integration and antitrust regulatory issues.
