Melody G. Anderson is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Ms. Anderson’s practice focuses primarily on creditors’ rights litigation in state and federal court. Ms. Anderson has experience that includes all aspects of civil litigation from case inception through post-judgment collection, including law & motion, writs of possession/attachment, discovery, mediation/settlement, and trial. Her bankruptcy experience includes creditor representation in Chapter 7, 11 (including Subchapter V), and 13 cases, nondischargeability/denial of discharge litigation and defense of preference claims.
