Michael Fillingame is a member of Buchalter’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups, and a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Portland Office. Mr. Fillingame represents public and private companies in a broad range of complex corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments and corporate governance. He also has substantial experience representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of real estate.
