Midori Sagara is Special Counsel in the firm’s Seattle office and a member of the litigation practice group. Ms. Sagara represents clients in commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis in mortgage-related litigation arising under federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. Her litigation experience in other substantive areas includes real estate, product liability, mass tort defense, and third-party insurance defense.
