Myonoway Toles is an Associate in Buchalter’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She advises developers, lenders, and public agencies on complex real estate transactions, with a focus on affordable housing and community development. Ms. Toles structures and negotiates transactional documents, conducts due diligence related to title, zoning, and entitlements, and supports financings involving Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), tax-exempt bonds, and other public-private funding mechanisms.

Ms. Toles gained significant legal experience as a judicial extern in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, where she supported complex litigation and federal matters. She also served as a Justice Clerk for Bet Tzedek Legal Services, successfully petitioning for post-conviction relief and negotiating settlements in landlord-tenant disputes. Ms. Toles brings a multidisciplinary background to her practice, combining transactional, regulatory, and litigation experience to support clients navigating complex legal and governmental landscapes.
