Natacha Kolb is the national Co-Chair of the Trusts and Estates Group and a Partner in the Tax, Benefits and Estate Planning practice group. Ms. Kolb represents high-net-worth families and individuals in estate planning and administration, business succession planning and philanthropic planning, and advises non-profit clients. Ms. Kolb represents clients throughout California with a concentration in San Francisco, Napa, and Silicon Valley.
Ms. Kolb assists tax-exempt organizations such as private foundations with incorporating and obtaining exemptions from taxation. Her practice also encompasses the formation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
She advises both domestic and international high net worth individuals and has extensive European contacts.
