Natacha Kolb is the national Co-Chair of the Trusts and Estates Group and a Partner in the Tax, Benefits and Estate Planning practice group. She represents high-net-worth families and individuals in estate planning and administration, business succession planning and philanthropic planning, and advises non-profit clients. Natacha represents clients throughout California with a concentration in San Francisco, Napa, and Silicon Valley.
Natacha assists tax-exempt organizations such as private foundations with incorporating and obtaining exemptions from taxation. Her practice also encompasses the formation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
She advises both domestic and international high net worth individuals and has extensive European contacts.
Natacha also drafts and negotiates premarital and post marital agreements.
Prior to joining Buchalter, Natacha was a Partner at Sideman & Bancroft where she was the practice Group Co-Leader for the Estate Planning group. She was also an attorney in the estate planning groups of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Cooley LLP and has worked at Andersen, an international accounting firm.
Natacha regularly presents on estate planning issues to financial firms and groups throughout the Bay Area. In recognition of her work, she has been ranked as a top attorney in California by Chambers & Partners High Net WorthGuide, Best Lawyers in America, and was selected as a Super Lawyers Northern California Rising Star.
