Perry Drapekin serves as Associate General Counsel and as a member of the Firm’s Professional Responsibility Committee. Ms. Drapekin conducts independent reviews of potential new firm business to ensure compliance with applicable ethical standards and advises the firm on conflict of interest issues.
Prior to her work as conflicts counsel, Ms. Drapekin maintained an active legal practice focused on representing and advising clients in civil litigation matters.
