Pokuaa Enin is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office, whose practice focuses on business and complex commercial litigation, contractual matters, and business torts including fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Enin worked at firms in California and New York, representing public agencies, local businesses, and individuals in all phases of litigation.
After graduating law school, Ms. Enin completed a fellowship with Justice Lee Smalley Edmon, Presiding Justice of Division Three in the Second Appellate District of the California Court of Appeal. Ms. Enin later served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Magistrate Judge Shaniek M. Maynard of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
