His experience includes asset based lending, leveraged lending, and cash flow lending, syndicated loan transactions, cross-border financing, technology finance, acquisition finance, loan portfolio acquisitions and financing, problem loan workouts and restructuring, debtor-in-possession financings, liquidations, and foreclosures.
