Sarah Dandurand is an Associate General Counsel in the Firm’s Portland office. Ms. Dandurand started her legal career representing tribes and tribal entities in a wide variety of business, housing, litigation, and health care matters. However, for many years she has been practicing in the area of conflicts of interest and legal ethics and has extensive experience working collaboratively with attorneys and firm leadership to help resolve conflicts and with other client engagement matters, including drafting conflicts waivers, engagement letters, reviewing outside counsel guidelines for negotiation, reviewing regulatory compliance issues, and reviewing client-driven engagement terms.

Ms. Dandurand is always available to answer questions or talk through questions related to conflicts or other ethical issues in connection with client engagement.
