Sharon Benedek is Senior Counsel in the Firm and a member of the Real Estate practice group. Ms. Benedek’s primary focus is representing landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing transactions. She also represents clients in connection with all aspects of commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions. Prior to joining Buchalter, Ms. Benedek spent a significant portion of her career working as in-house real estate counsel across various industries where she provided strategic analysis and legal advice to her internal clients and business partners.
