Talbott Ottinger is a Shareholder and the Chair of the Nashville Office Real Estate practice group. Talbott is a seasoned commercial real estate and business transactional attorney with extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, corporate structuring, and complex business transactions. He advises clients through every stage of the deal cycle, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, and capital raises. His practice combines a deep understanding of real estate markets with practical, business-focused counsel that helps clients move transactions forward with confidence.
In addition to his transactional practice, Talbott serves as outside general counsel to a wide range of clients, including real estate developers, hospitality groups, restaurants, hotels, and a regional distillery. In this role, he provides comprehensive guidance on entity formation, corporate structure and governance, contract negotiation, risk management, litigation and strategic growth initiatives. Talbott also brings an entrepreneurial perspective to his practice, having been directly involved in numerous real estate development projects and co-founding a successful fast-casual restaurant concept.
