Wesley Felice is an attorney in Buchalter’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice  and Land Use Groups. He focuses his practice on real estate development, municipal land use, commercial leasing, and real estate finance. Mr. Felice earned his undergraduate degrees and his joint Juris Doctor and Master’s in Real Estate Development (JD/MRED) from the University of Utah. In addition to his role at Buchalter, he serves part-time on the Layton City Planning Commission.

Mr. Felice’s background spans both the legal and practical aspects of real estate. Before entering private practice, he worked as a contracts manager in property management, gaining valuable industry experience. This combination of education and hands-on experience provides him with a unique perspective in representing clients across the real estate industry, and he is committed to ensuring that each receives thorough and effective representation.
