“Quintara’s reply papers overlook that defendants had already obtained a protective order preventing it from conducting any discovery when Judge Alsup, in his sound discretion, required an additional factual showing consistent with the [Defend Trade Secrets Act],” Dylan W. Wiseman, an attorney for the defendants, said in a statement to Law360. “In any dispute, if the litigants fail to comply with a court order, they risk dismissal.”
