Buchalter is pleased to announce Shareholder Dylan W. Wiseman has been named among California’s 2021 Top Trade Secrets Lawyers by the Daily Journal.
For twenty-six years, Dylan W. Wiseman has practiced exclusively in the field of prosecuting and defending trade secrets, employee mobility, and unfair competition disputes, and has tried ten matters through to verdict. On multiple occasions he has taught the State Bar’s continuing education classes on trade secret litigation, and, because of his extensive jury trial experience, Mr. Wiseman is the author of the chapter on the CACI 4400 series jury instructions in the 4th edition of Trade Secret Litigation and Protection in California, published by the California Lawyers Association.
Mr. Wiseman is the Co-Chair of Buchalter’s Trade Secret & Employee Mobility Practice Group.
