Los Angeles Shareholders Tanya Viner and Jeremy Weitz win two "M&A Atlas Awards" at the 2023 USA Middle Market M&A Atlas Awards Gala Dinner. The team was awarded "USA Apparel & Beauty Deal of the Year" for their work on Oxford Industries' acquisition of Johnny Was from Endeavour Capital as well as "USA Middle Market Growth Deal of the Year" for their work on Mobility Market Intelligence's (“MMI”) investment from WestView Capital.
The USA M&A Atlas Awards are presented to top private equity, investment banking, accounting, and legal professionals in the M&A space and honor the best value-creating deals. Winners are selected based on “deals criteria”, experience and expertise.
