April 8, 2025– Buchalter is pleased to announce that Kristin Reyna DeHart has joined the Firm as a Shareholder in its San Diego office. Reyna DeHart is a member of the Litigation practice group, specializing in Environmental, Toxic Tort, and Product Liability matters.

Reyna-DeHart represents a wide range of clients, including corporations, manufacturers, government contractors, product suppliers, industrial operations, property owners and managers, homeowners’ associations, construction companies, and environmental abatement companies. She has extensive experience handling environmental claims across California, involving soil, groundwater, well, and sediment contamination, stormwater issues, mold and asbestos contamination, crop loss claims, and exposure to various toxic substances.
