Buchalter recently represented Beach House Group in forming Moon Oral Care, a joint venture with Kendall Jenner and her first cosmetics industry deal. Moon has reimagined oral care offering toothpastes, brushes, flosses, mouthwashes, and more with a modern design and natural, vegan, and PETA-certified ingredients. The Buchalter team was led by Shareholder Eric Kennedy and Senior Counsel Sarin Tavlian.
