11 March, 2025 – Buchalter is pleased to announce that Jeremy Adamson has joined the Firm as a Shareholder in its Salt Lake City office. Adamson is Chair of the Labor & Employment practice in Utah, bringing extensive experience in commercial disputes, employment law, and regulatory matters.

Adamson represents clients in a wide range of disputes, from initial proceedings through trial. His commercial litigation experience includes breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud, shareholder rights disputes, and breach of contract matters. Additionally, he counsels employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws and defends against class actions, PAGA claims, and wrongful termination cases. Adamson also has significant regulatory experience, including defending clients in Federal Trade Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations.
