10 April, 2024. Buchalter is proud to announce the addition of a new Shareholder in its Denver office - Rajesh “Raj” Kukreja who has joined the firm’s Family Law practice. Mr. Kukreja comes from Sherman & Howard.

Buchalter launched their High Net Worth Family Law practice in March 2023, with the addition of Monica Mazzei, the chair of the Firm’s Family Law group. The group prides itself on delivering innovative and creative solutions for the dissolution of marriages involving founders, executives, and chiefs in tech, venture capital, hedge funds and private equity, as well as business owners and trust beneficiaries.

Kukreja works as a team on most cases and his practice focuses on the representation of individuals with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth marital estates in their dissolution of marriage and related matters. Such matters often involve the valuation of privately held companies, valuation of real estate interests, analysis of actual and potential property interests, separate property tracing, valuation of trusts, analysis of executive compensation, and litigation regarding the enforceability of marital agreements. Both individuals represent clients throughout the Denver metro area, on the Front Range, and in the mountain communities of Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen, and Telluride.
Kukreja has extensive experience with both trial work and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. He also has received additional professional mediation training and has recently begun offering mediation and arbitration services.

Buchalter opened their Denver office in November 2022, and since then have grown to include more than 20 attorneys and staff.
