After a five-week trial, Josh Escovedo and Sylvia Cheong obtained a seven-figure judgment, including punitive damages, for one of the largest property owners/investors in Sonoma County. The dispute concerned client’s acquisition of an FDA-inspected processing facility in Northern California and the theft of the processing equipment by the sellers’ nephews that followed the close of escrow.
