So What Will Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Prenup Look Like?

Kelce is reportedly worth about $70 million, which is but a drop in the bucket of Swift’s wealth. “He certainly doesn’t need any support” if the two split up, says Monica Mazzei, an attorney and chair of Buchalter’s family-law group. “It would not be unusual for there to be a spousal support waiver in the prenup, so that if there is a divorce, no one’s paying anyone anything.”

It would also not be unheard of for Swift and Kelce to maintain completely separate finances during their marriage, Mazzei says. (Reese Witherspoon and former CAA agent Jim Toth reportedly did this before they divorced in 2023.) What may be tricky is if Swift and Kelce decide to go into some kind of business together after they get married.
