On March 29, 2018, OP Bancorp, the bank holding company for Open Bank, completed its initial public offering of common stock and its listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market. OP Bancorp issued 2,300,000 shares of its common stock. The underwriters for the offering were Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., and D.A. Davidson & Co. Buchalter represented OP Bancorp through all phases of the transaction with a team of Mark A. Bonenfant, Shareholder, and Jerry Janoff, Senior Counsel, provided tax assistance.
