Robert B. Hinckley Jr. Appointed President of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association

Shareholder Robert B. Hinckley, Jr. was recently appointed as President of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.

CDLA is a state-wide non-profit organization that is nearly 800 attorneys strong, dedicated to the defense of civil actions and the promotion of fairness and integrity in the civil justice system.

As a group of legal professionals who strive to provide superior and balanced service to their clients, CDLA members are committed to the following:

• Strengthen the skills, effectiveness, and professionalism of Colorado’s civil defense lawyers.
• Proactively address issues relevant to civil defense and the broader justice system.
• Promote the highest standards of professionalism, civility, and courtesy in litigation, fostering respect for the defense lawyer’s role.
