Shareholder Daniel Silva will serve as a professor for the University of San Diego School of Law’s Executive Program in International Taxation and Cross-Border Operations, held in Mexico City.
The Executive Program on International Taxation Aspects in Cross-Border Operations (Semi-Face-to-Face Version) aims to provide participants with solid and specialized training in international tax matters from the perspective of the United States and Mexico.
The program will address the international tax consequences of cross-border operations and investments in the contexts of tax planning, estate planning and litigation through the analysis of practical cases.
