This conference will occur September 25-26, 2023, PST, and will involve a general accounting track covering tax, compliance, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and related topics and a governance track addressing board and audit committee issues, compensation, responsibilities around governance, environmental matters, and insights our auditors have gained from working with banks. Mr. Dyer’s topic will be “Corporate Governance Recommended Practices.”
