Shareholder Stephen J. Strauss recently participated in the 20th Annual Dialogues on Freedom program sponsored by the LA County Bar Association and Constitutional Rights Foundation. On April 27, Mr. Strauss met with 6th and 7th grade students at Magnolia Science Academy #1 in Reseda as part of Dialogues on Freedom.
Dialogues on Freedom develops, promotes, and administers classroom discussions in partnership with the Constitutional Rights Foundation, Los Angeles Unified School District, and the Los Angeles Superior Court. The collaborative program first took place to commemorate the tragedy of September 11, 2001, and in recognition of the need to inspire and educate our young people about the law and constitutional freedoms. Now in its 20th year, over 140 volunteer judges and attorneys annually lead over 3,600 students in conversation and debate focused on the preservation of American liberties and values.
