Jeffrey Farano is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. Mr. Farano represents real estate developers and companies on litigation and transactional matters regarding land development, land use, entitlement, and permitting matters and provides legal counsel regarding CEQA issues.
Mr. Farano has also worked for a large land developer managing the due diligence, planning and entitlement process for master planned communities of approximately 17,000 homes. Mr. Farano prides himself on bringing real-world business knowledge to his legal practice.

Mr. Farano earned his J.D. from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He earned his B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
