Scott Evans is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s Denver office. Mr. Evans represents local businesses and national chains in matters involving contract disputes, statutory compliance, business torts, white-collar crime, qui tam defense, and real estate litigation. He also represents financial advisors in FINRA proceedings involving employee transition matters and employer disputes.

In addition, Mr. Evans conducts intra-business disputes, including internal fraud and employment investigations, calling on his experience as a federal investigator.

Mr. Evans has significant experience in state and federal courts, as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings. Mr. Evans is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, an associate of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and a certified mediator with the American Institute of Mediation.  Mr. Evans is also a Special Master and member of the Association of Court-Appointed Neutrals.
