Buchalter’s Corporate practice group led by Jeffrey Kapor and Jeremy Weitz represented KarpReilly in the sale of its portfolio company, Adrianna Papell, to Trive Capital Partners. KarpReilly is a private equity and growth equity firm that invests in consumer growth companies managing over $800 million in capital commitments. Adrianna Papell is a New York based women’s apparel line. The Buchalter team was assisted by Jenni Krengel, Phil Nulud, Mitzi Hill, Daniel Zhivanaj, Zachary Wertheimer and Jason Levin.
