Buchalter’s Corporate practice group represented Superior Tank Lines Holding Company, Inc. in its merger with Williams Tank Lines. Superior Tank Lines Holding Company, Inc. and Williams Tank Lines are two of the largest petroleum carriers in the Unites States, both ESOP-owned companies. Buchalter also serves as Superior Tank Lines outside general counsel and advised the company on all aspects of deal structure and negotiations, as well as ESOP fiduciary considerations. The Buchalter team was led by Tanya Viner, Jeremy Weitz, Jenni Krengel, Philip Wolman, Josh Mizrahi, Kalley Aman, Farhad Bahar, Brett Voets, Zachary Wertheimer, Zachary Fountas and Jason Levin.
