She is a dynamic and collaborative attorney who provides in-depth experience in complex estate planning, including analyzing current and proposed tax laws affecting estate plans and gifting strategies focusing on high-net-worth individuals and families. Her practice emphasizes succession planning for clients with closely held businesses and advising clients on estate planning issues affecting multi-generational transfers. She also has experience with charitable planning, nonprofit corporations, probates, trust administrations, special needs planning and protective proceedings, as well as beneficiary representation.
