Elizabeth Glasgow is the national Co-Chair of the Trusts and Estates Group and a Partner in the Tax, Benefits and Estate Planning practice group.  In her work with clients, Elizabeth skillfully guides ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families through complex wealth transfer strategies, tax minimization techniques, business succession plans, marital agreements, estate and trust administrations, and the formation of charitable gift structures.  From individuals on the Forbes 400 making legacy gifts to charities that tackle the world’s biggest problems, to business owners creating dynastic trusts that will provide for generations of their family, and young entrepreneurs maximizing the tax benefits of their qualified small business stock holdings, Elizabeth is a trusted advisor to her clients at each stage of life and the journey of wealth creation, preservation and transition.

In recognition of her work, Elizabeth has been repeatedly ranked as a top attorney in California by Chambers High Net Worth and honored nationally by The Best Lawyers in America. She is particularly proud of the feedback given to Chambers High Net Worth by those she works with:

“Elizabeth is a pleasure to work with both personally and professionally. She combines thoughtful legal advice with a personal style that is effective in communicating complex issues to her clients.”  (Chambers High Net Worth Guide, 2025)
