Spencer Adler is an attorney in Buchalter’s San Diego office specializing in general litigation and commercial transactions. He has represented clients from a wide array of industries (including SAAS, online retail, biotech, and artificial intelligence), and counsels companies at every stage of the business life-cycle, from entity formation to mergers and acquisitions. As a part of his practice, Spencer regularly represents buyers, sellers, and investors in structuring, negotiating, and closing strategic transactions. He also serves as outside general counsel to emerging and established companies, providing practical solutions to day-to-day legal and business issues.
As a member of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security Practice Group, Mr. Adler assists companies with navigating the ever-expanding patchwork of state and federal data privacy requirements. He further leverages this expertise to advise companies with their development and/or integration of artificial intelligence systems.
