Stephanie Wilkins is Special Counsel in the Firm’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Data Privacy practice group. Ms. Wilkins is a seasoned and pragmatic legal practitioner who has spent many years in-house directing corporate legal departments and global privacy departments for US public and private companies. She has represented and negotiated with technology companies globally, focusing on issues ranging from regulatory compliance to IP licensing, privacy to litigation, immigration, and general corporate counseling – she recognizes that understanding and working closely with the “business” is often an underestimated part of any successful legal equation.
