Tereza Simonyan is a corporate attorney and trusted advisor to domestic and international clients on a broad range of complex corporate transactions. Ms. Simonyan counsels clients at every stage of the business lifecycle, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, strategic transactions, licensing and distribution, employment, and a variety of other commercial matters. Ms. Simonyan also frequently acts as outside general counsel and thought-partner to achieve practical, creative and business-oriented results.

Ms. Simonyan advises clients in virtually every major business industry, including transportation, aviation, real estate development, construction, consumer products, food and beverage, technology, beauty, financial services, manufacturing, and retail.

  • Bookend Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on the branded consumer product sector, in the 50mm investment in Luxury Brand Partners.
  • Nautilus Inc., a producer of gym-quality cardio and strength solutions for the home, in the sale of Octane Fitness to True Fitness Technology, Inc.
  • Affective Software, Inc., a Washington-based digital platform provider, in the acquisition and merger of all assets of the Gottman Institute, a company owned by world renowned psychologists Drs. John and Julie Gottman.
  • Shareholders of Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air, a home service company, in its sale to Service Champions, a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners.
  • Shareholders of Geodynamics, LLC, a provider of deep-water geospatial solutions, in its sale to NV5 Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: NVEE), a Florida-based provider of compliance, technology and engineering consulting solutions.
  • Shareholders of Molecule, Corp., a Bay Area based 3D printing and industrial inkjet company, in its sale to Henkel, a German based public company.
  • Shareholders of Pasco Rentals, a party rental company and related commercial real property in Pasco, WA, in its sale to Eastern Oregon Rentals, an Oregon-based party rental company.
  • Grand Event Rentals, a Washington-based party rental company, in the acquisition of all assets of Abby Party Rentals in a receivership sale.
  • Alaska Seaplanes, in a joint venture with Wexford Capital, a private investment firm, to provide aviation solutions in Southeast Alaska.
  • Alaska Seaplanes, an Alaska-based seaplanes charter company, in the acquisition of Above & Beyond Alaska, an Alaska-based adventure tour company.
