The Uniform Laws Commission has appointed Of Counsel Robert Zadek as an Observer to its newly formed Commercial Financing Disclosure, Study Committee, where he will be representing the interests of the International Factoring Association. This Study Committee produce a report on whether the ULC should organize a drafting committee to draft a Uniform Commercial Finance Disclosure Statute, to replace the growing list of independently drafted state statutes such as those in California, New York and Utah.
