12 August 2024 – Buchalter is delighted to announce the addition of Rebecca Miller and Catie Oryl. All join as members of the Real Estate practice group.

Miller handles a multitude of issues involving commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements on both the buyer and seller side, commercial financing deals, and commercial leases.
Oryl represents individuals and businesses with a focus on corporate and business transactions, including corporate structure, entity formation, and a special emphasis on state and local taxation. She has experience in assisting multistate clients in corporate reorganizations and tax matters, ranging from state and local tax compliance, tax credits, and audit defense. She has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
