June 02, 2025 – Buchalter is pleased to announce that Bruce Kelson has joined the Firm as a Shareholder in the San Francisco office. He joins as a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Securities Practice Groups.

Kelson focuses his practice on securities litigation and complex commercial litigation for both U.S. and foreign clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, real estate, venture capital, software, and technology. He represents clients in SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, as well as internal investigations. His experience also includes securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, M&A-related disputes, director and officer liability matters, corporate governance issues, antitrust and unfair competition litigation, employment litigation, and other high-stakes commercial disputes.
