Due to COVID, courts and arbitrators are subject to stay at home orders, travel restrictions, social-distancing and other challenges that make it difficult to attend, participate or otherwise witness an arbitration, hearing or trial. Technology has quickly risen to accommodate these restrictions but that technology has given rise to new questions, concerns, and risks.
This seminar will highlight those risks and how to address them and also present new technology for arbitration and mediation that may be the wave of the future for conflict resolutions.
